I WON'T GO BACK TO THAT COMPANY. I'LL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT WAS JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. THEY HAVE GUYS THAT DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY DO NOT HAVE QUALIFIED PEOPLE IN THEIR REPAIR DEPARTMENT. I HAD A LOT OF VIRUSES ON MY COMPUTER, AND I HAD THEM STRIP IT OFF. THEY STRIPPED EVERYTHING OFF. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY RECOURSE TO PUT IN ANYTHING.

I WASN'T TOO CONFIDENT ON THEIR EVALUATION OF THE PROBLEM. I THINK THEY TRIED TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. I NEEDED IT SO I DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS COMPLETED WHEN IT WAS PROMISED AND IT WORKED FINE WHEN I GOT IT BACK.
