They were efficient, fast, and took care of all of my furniture.

The experience was great. They're very professional in handling different kinds of assets including pianos. For some reason, they tried to put a footrest of my sofa into the truck w/o wrapping it first. Because it's made with fabrics, I told them to wrap it up. And they did. They wrapped the majority of the larger items, such as bookshelves, dining table, bedframes, desk, etc. At the end, I didn't find anything scratched at all. And nothing was lost. There was one bed that started giving squeaky sounds after the move, probably because it wasn't re-assembled perfectly. But I'm okay with that.
I think they're one of the best moving companies you can ever find in Los Angeles. And I chose them because someone else recommended them.

They are by far the most detailed moving company that we have used. The way they packed made a lot of sense when we unpacked. They actually made it a breeze to put things into my drawers. They would pack things in boxes. They would put one socks drawer in one box and so forth. If it didn't make it into a full box they would fill it with packing paper. Nothing was damaged, which I thought was pretty impressive. We had once moved from one part of New York to another with another moving company and several things broke, but Lucky Moving Inc. was great.

I like them very much. It's a Chinese company and they are very good at what they do. The price was reasonable. They are very friendly. They are glad to be doing what they are doing for you. Sometimes you get a mover and you start to feel bad because they look like they are dying. However, Lucky Moving was very good. If there were any kinds of bumps in the road, they were able to take care of it easily and nicely. I would use them again.

They were pretty punctual. I will add that there seemed to be a bit of a communication problem and breakdown on the Los Angeles side of the packing. The leader of the group was Asian and I speak English and Spanish. Fortunately, two of the crew members spoke Spanish so we were able to work it out. They were punctual and worked quickly. The communication barrier on the receiving end was not a problem. was very helpful, quick, unpacked effortlessly and all I had to do was direct the traffic. We only had 1 broken piece so overall the move experience was pretty easy.

THE BEST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY I WOULD SAY WAS THAT THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE, ON TIME, AND THEY DID NOT TAKE A LONG TIME BOXING EVERYTHING UP. WHEN THEY WERE MOVING, THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH MY ITEMS.
