Anthony De La Vara and his team assisted me in selling my Dad's home after he passed away.  They gave great advice and referred me to excellent tradesmen who quickly got my Dad's home ready for market.  At first, I was concerned about managing the rehab and sale from 2,000 miles away.  But, Anthony's team was on the scene overseeing the work.  We moved smoothly through the repairs, putting the house on the market, marketing the home, contract negotiation, and closing.
