+ -1 moreTHE CONTRACTOR WAS REASONABLY PRICED, THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. IN ADDITION, THE CONTRACTOR ENCOUNTERED UNFORSEEN CONDITIONS THAT HE WAS ABLE TO PROPERLY CORRECT.
Description of Work: THIS CONTRACTOR IS A CABINET MAKER WHO COMPLETELY REMODELED OUR KITCHEN. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED DEMOLITION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUBFLOOR AND FLOORING, REMOVAL OF NON-BEARING WALLS, REPLACEMENT OF TWO WINDOWS, MISCELLANEOUS LIGHTING, TILE WALLS AND FLOORS, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS.
