THE CONTRACTOR WAS REASONABLY PRICED, THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. IN ADDITION, THE CONTRACTOR ENCOUNTERED UNFORSEEN CONDITIONS THAT HE WAS ABLE TO PROPERLY CORRECT.
