Daryl Rodenberger and his crewmembers Steven and Brendan were great. He told us what he was going to do, did it and then explained what he had done. The project came in on time and on budget. Additional projects we added were priced very reasonably. Daryl loves what he does and still gets excited by challenges and new ideas - and he has 30 years of experience. A portion of the work was done while the home was vacant and part while we lived in the house - Daryl and crew were friendly, positive and nice to have around. Another local contractor that Daryl works with, Steve Borchardt, drew the plans for the foundation and smoothly and quickly obtained the permits from the county. I have been a real estate appraiser for 28 years and have extensive construction inspection experience - I was very careful in choosing a contractor and was very pleased with Rodenberger Construction - And the deck is beautiful!
