They specialize in Toyota, Lexus and Prius. They were prompt and 45mins later they told me that everything on my car looked great. They didn't try to sell me on any repairs that I didn't need. I was very surprised. They were very nice and they were also fair. Daniel and Loren helped me.

I couldn't compare prices with anybody on the list. We did do research and I found that it was okay. I thought it was expensive but auto repair is expensive any time.

Called and made an appointment - very easy and able to get in when I wanted to.
Arrived at appointed time and they took my car in immediately. Work was done quickly while I waited. I was able to sit in their and quot;waiting areaand quot; and watched my car being serviced.
From all I can tell, the service was done very well. They were quick and courteous.

The facility isn't necessarily the nicest - it's a small shop/warehouse type location with just 2-4 employees from what I could tell. Don't expect a fancy, clean facility and customer lounge like a dealer. But, they get the job done quickly and from what I can tell a good job.

There are two people there, and they do this work exclusively and are very familiar with Toyota and the Lexus brand. I go to them occasionally for any major work. I was happy with the work that they last did. They are very good and are certified by Toyota. They are local and they do factory warranty work too. I think they actually do more invasive motor work than the dealer. They do warranty work on the newer cars and also heavy mechanical work. They seem to have a lot of experience with that.
