Scheduled service for wheel alignment as car was pulling to side. This was fixed to my satisfaction. They explained which wheels were out of alignment and likely causes. What impressed me the most was this independent mechanic did this based on vehicle manufacturer's specific requirements. Getting a ride home and back was also very helpful (in my experience fairly rare for independent mechanics).

They always provide great service and do great work. Reasonable! I have used them for 13 years on various vehicles. They keep my 1996 Toyota running well.

We have a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country with about 130,000 miles on it. We had the transmission rebuilt about two years and 15,000 miles ago.
My job requires me to travel across the coastal mountains of California's central coast to the central valley every week, so I was putting lots of strain on the transmission in hill climbing and passing. About a month ago, my check engine light came on and the automatic transmission switched in to and quot;limp-inand quot; mode (only second gear, no shifting) during a long climb or frequent hard acceleration (repeated high speed passing). After letting the van sit overnight, the system returned to normal, until I once again had to drive back over the mountains.
Once I got the van back to town, my wife took it to Supreme Automotive, where they diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the rebuild transmission with a full replacement. The replacement cost as much as the rebuild, but there was a 100,000 mile warranty on the replacement!
This was fortunate because about a month and a half later, the van started acting very strangely: after starting the van and driving about half a block, the speedometer started swinging wildly between my current speed, 0, and pegged high, each time corresponding to the transmission slipping or dragging. After a few seconds the transmission would return to normal, and I could accelerate to about 30 mph, then it would happen again.
We returned to Supreme Automotive, and they replaced a controller (under warranty... Woohoo!) and recommended we replace a couple of plastic connectors that were worn due to age. Total cost: about $140.
The van is back to normal, and even shifts better now than the original.

I usually see them every other month. I would definitely advise friends and family to deal with them.

After a buddy suggested that I use Supreme Automotive for my Smog Check, I gave them a call. Now on Feb 2nd , I had a full blown liver transplant and was bed ridden and need my car smogged for the registration tags at DMV. I phoned Supreme and talked to Steve. I explained my situation and that I needed a smog check asap since my tags had expired while I was in the hospital for the past month. Asking how quick I needed it. I replied, " today after 2:00"? Steve immediately said that he would make the arrangements to get me in at 2:00. Now mind you this was only two hours away on an already busy day for him. With the help of my buddy's referral and him taking the car over to Steve, my car was smogged. By 6:00, I had filed my DMV registration and recieved my tags in the mail today. As busy as Steve's day was, his voice a bit unsure of my request, he pulled it off without a hitch and made a customer for life.

Lance picked up my car and had it repaired and returned car back to me. Just great. The shop is very clean and great equipment. Company has been in business for over 25 years. Very honest.
