N-Hance

It took 3 visits to get things to an acceptable level with this company. The first job didn't fix the fade marks and discoloration. The second attempt got the coloration somewhat right but not all the scratches. The third time wasn't really the charm but we were so fed up by that point that we just punted... The owner of this local franchise isn't blessed with natural customer service skills. In his defense, he did come back until we were "satisfied". However, I would not recommend this treatment for anyone with wood floors, wanting them to retain the same grain and natural look. The Nhance process is, basically, a slurry of urethane or other product that coats the wood floor, masking the fading, scratches, etc. While it is much less expensive than refinishing, it is also less appealing. It's a quick fix. My advice is to bite the bullet, pay the extra money, deal with the downtime and go full refinishing. We wish we had.

This was a terrific experience. We were amazed at the difference in our cabinets with no mess, no smell and no down time. We are now getting ready to have our kitchen cabinets renewed with this process and are excited at the totally new look we'll surely have.
