Our technicians are experienced and trained professionals that have been working with us for years. Our technicians have back ground checks and complete updated training annually.

They cleaned two carpets one which we never thought would be able to come clean and would have to replace they did such a great job both carpets look fantastic! And we are very very pleased!! The representative was professional and gave lots of tips and information to help us. He did a superb job!!!! We highly recommend them to anybody and everybody wanting a great job done on their carpets. Way better job done by others you have listed that we used in the past. We won't even try anyone else, we found the best!

I have been using the franchise for several years because we are military and move around. I like that they do not leave your carpets soaked when they leave and that you don't have to leave fans running for hours. Your upholstery is fairly dry by the time they are done doing their process. They were a little slow getting back with me after I called.

I love them. I like the specific guy that always comes and does my stuff. My experience with them has always been good. I have used the same man. I think he owns his little part of Chem-Dry. I think this is his business that goes through Chem-Dry; franchise. I always use him. I have a fairly good sized house. I certainly will continue to use him in the future. Dam Michelotti is the name of the person who comes to my house.
