Chad was very responsive to our initial call and was able to come by quickly to give us an estimate. He and his crew arrived promptly every day. They did a great job keeping the job site as clean as possible and containing the debris. Each evening they left their equipment neatly organized and ready for the next day. We were amazed at how good the ceilings looked when they were completed - they did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them!

Chad provided a quick estimate, was very responsive, and started the job on time. Was happy with the results and they definitely went out of their way to address all of my concerns.

They estimated 2 days but had it done in one. Three man crew, covered everything in plastic and cleaned up at the end. I found a few oversprays of the texture material but it comes off easy enough. I will definitely use them again for drywall work. hopefully, never have to do another ceiling.

I originally called Holden's Drywall but he was backlogged. He was kind enough to refer me to Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings. Chad was very accommodating in that he was willing to go over to the condo to give me a quote without me being there. This is a vacation home and I didn't want to make a special trip. Chad was very responsive not only with the quote but with my numerous questions about the job (I'm a detailed kind of person). He did the work on the date we agreed upon and he cleaned up the area when the job was done. There were a couple of imperfections (again, I am a very detailed person) and he came back to touch up those areas and did so with a positive attitude. He even sealed off some areas that were less than perfect prior to the job and were actually beyond the scope of the job. We no longer have popcorn ceilings (thank goodness!) and although I have not yet repainted, it appears that the re-texture was done well. I will use Chad and Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings again in the future if I need anymore work done.
