On the bathroom, some of the tile, Matt Clark,was back ordered so a job that was supposed to be 3-4 weeks took 9. So when we did the kitchen, had all the materials available prior to the job starting. Sometimes, I feel I did not get a call back in a timely manner but realized the company is very busy.

Casey Johnston is not a good general contractor. His ability to manage my routine kitchen remodel was poor. It was like he had never done it before. His initial bid was WAY low compared to his final charges, even though I never changed the scope of work. He could not keep track of who was arriving at my house to work, or when they would be arriving. I was constantly having to make him fix mistakes made by his team. And the building inspector made him address a bunch of things that he did wrong. Towards the end of the project, he simply began to be rude, which is very unprofessional.
He did this project two years ago, and the drywall he installed is now cracked. And the door he installed doesn't work right. Overall, it was a sloppy job and overpriced. And probably worst of all, his sloppiness exposed my pregnant wife to construction dust (lead?, asbestos? silica?), which is inexcusable. I wish I had looked elsewhere, and I would encourage you to learn from my mistake.
