She is very good. I've been going to her for many years. She is one of those few doctors that gives you all the time that you need instead of rushing you. She is very easy to talk to, she's very friendly.

They were great and told me upfront that they were not sure who would be on call. So they made me meet all the practitioners which made sense. Initially they kept sending me to one of their nurse practitioners for my regular check ups until I insisted on seeing a doctor. I was not happy about that. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes which was very common during pregnancy. However they treated me for the rest of pregnancy as though I was at major risk. I thought that they were overly concerned with the issue. I thought that her bedside manner was not that good. The office environment was good. There were sometimes long waiting in the office. The office staff made some mistakes.

She was very professional and personable. The treatments were pretty effective.

I went along with my sister for some of her visits. Dr. Voss is very nice, kind, outgoing and very knowledgeable. I feel she makes my sister feel comfortable. She is professional and punctual.
