They came out the next day and diagnosed a root problem in the septic system. A HUGE mass of roots was removed from the septic tank and a manhole cover installed. This was a very big job for one person and took several hours. We felt we were in good hands and that the job had been performed well, leaving us feeling confident the problem was resolved. We were very appreciative with the quality of work as well as the timely response. Within a few days, another problem occurred with the turn on/off valve to the washing machine in the laundry room. I called Wildwood Plumbing and they responded almost immediately. I was impressed with the time taken and attention to detail to make the difficult repair.
