True North Electric is outstanding! Andy worked with our Home Warranty company helping them to understand the nature of our repair and that it was covered. He did a full panel replacement to code with the inspector saying that he did a great job! He went by the book every step, was totally professional, clear in his communication, so kind to work with, and customer service was amazing. We had a tree branch fall on our main supply line to the house. I called True North and Andy was at our house in less than 10 min. He was extremely helpful diagnosing the problem and guiding us through next steps. Truly appreciate how straightforward and knowledgeable he was, it's hard to find these days. Through his visit we found out our main control panel is over 30 years old and definitely needs to be replaced. We had two home inspections and an electrician look at the property prior to purchasing. None of them mentioned the current state of the control panel. Thank you Andy!! Great professionalism

True North Electric is a great electrical business. We had an electrical outage at our house, in Grass Valley. It was a hot day about 100 F and all of a sudden, our electrical system went out and only half of the house was working. Went to try and restart the circuit breaker and that did not resolve. We went to the internet and found True North Electric, which was local to the area and gave them a call. True North Electric team is affordable, easy to talk to and did very clean work. Our electrical system is up and running well! We would recommend them to family and friends.
