A few weeks after signing up for Smarter Broadband service, we started having problems using Cisco webex for video conferences.  No other web application was affected, only Cisco webex service..  The Smarter Broadband technical support team spent many hours at our home and at their office trying to figure out what the cause was.  They eventually traced the cause of the problem to an upstream 3rd party service provider.  Smarter Broadband was not the cause of the problem, one of their service partners was, but the Smarter Broadband team then negotiated a solution with the other service provider that has been working now for several months.  We are very pleased the professional and expert support provided by Smarter Broadband
