 + 2 moreThey started by removing the old deck and they found more problems than we had anticipated. Each step of the way they consulted me and gave me good recommendations. The work had interruptions due to weather and material supplies but it went well and was completed in good time. They worked well with my painter (whom I can also recommend) who was painting my house as the deck work was in progress. They proved to be flexible when changes were made in mid project.
Description of Work: Steve Spencer and his brothers over a period of about two months removed an old rotten redwood deck and repaired substantial dry rot that had gotten into the house itself. They also removed another upstairs deck and replaced that as well. They kept their work area clean and were very careful to do an excellent job for us. They did a very good job and were honest and hard working. I am quite proud of the job they did and can recommend them. They can do concrete work as well however, I did not have that kind of work done at my house.
