They did not scan for viruses first. They did the back-up. It took longer than they said it would.
They back-up was bad, did not have all the documents, etc. Took it back. They fixed it supposedly. And of course sold me the best anti-virus program. We'll see. 
I had another computer owner was supposed to help set up. She didn't accomplish it. When I told them I was bringing it there, I got a nasty email.
Turns out her father owned the business. She took it over and is not good with customer service. She says she wants feedback but when you give it, she gets unpleasant. She insists on coming to your residence to fix your computer - you can't come to teh store. Creepy.  She refused to fix the issue and told me to go away. Very strange.
The employee said he would get back to me. Still waiting......
