I have a home warranty so the $55 was the only fee. It would have cost less that $200. I called the warranty company at 7:30 AM. I got a call back from Mike at Northern-Air about 15 minutes later. He was heading to Sacramento and would stop on the way. He arrived promptly, found the problem, fixed it, and was out the door by 9:00 AM. Can't get any better than that!
