Can't say enough positive things. James bailed us out of a very bad situation. We fired our original solar installer due to non-performance. James came in and went above and beyond our expectations. He trouble sot the system, and made repairs quickly. Helped program and get operational online the Inverter components. Helped with warranty registration and mfg. extensions for the warranties. Also very responsive and reasonable with price. He will be our go to warranty guy until he retires. If you are frustrated and having problems, THIS IS THE GUY YOU WANT TO HIRE.
