Nevada County Mortgage

When my husband and I set out to shop for our first home, we weren't sure we wanted to go with a mortgage broker. After a lot of shopping around, we decided to go with Nevada County Mortgage. Wendy Casey and Shelley Mortara were wonderful to work with. We were in close communication with them through the entire process of getting pre-approved through shopping for a home, and then in the final stages of underwriting and final approval. Wendy promptly answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. When we had stacks of papers to sign, she took the time to explain what everything meant and answer our questions, even staying late in the office to do so. Of everyone we worked with through our entire home-buying process, Wendy explained things the most clearly and was the most trustworthy. In the middle of our process, Wendy's office was flooded and she had to move. This did not affect the timeline, and she remained punctual and on top of it throughout the process. Wendy's style and commitment to providing good service were what made us choose to work with Nevada County Mortgage. I would definitely work with them again.
