Overall, my experience was O.K. Jim was a very pleasant person (and his son, too!) and nice to deal with. He was responsive and here when he said he would be. When we initially met, I explained to him that I wanted my and quot;deep spring cleaning doneand quot;, I am pretty busy so it's the and quot;big stuffand quot; that I have trouble getting to. Perhaps my expectations were a little high, I'll admit that I am a little fussy which is why I can't keep up with my own expectations and this was the first time I have ever hired any person to clean my home. My home is fairly large, ~3200 sq. ft. and it would be difficult for any one or two people to and quot;thoroughlyand quot; clean my home in only a half day. It became clear to me that they were in a hurry to get to another job for the afternoon so the quality of the cleaning likely suffered as a result. So, in the end, I suppose I got what I paid for, Jim gave me a low price (much lower than I had anticipated) and the price reflected the job. I would have been happier to have paid more for a thorough job. Also, I was really in the market for a and quot;regularand quot; housekeeper that could come back, perhaps every two weeks or so and take pride in cleaning a nice home. Unfortunately, I don't think Jim was interested in that since he made no effort to sell me on a regular service. He said, and quot;Just call meand quot;... See ya! So, I cleaned my own house this weekend! :( I would probably only hire them again if I needed cleaning before company was coming or for a party or for a move in/out, etc.

They are good. They are realiable. Very prompt and professional.They do a good job.

They are close by, and they are available on short notice. They are very friendly and very responsive even via text. They are a nice mom and pop service. They just do a great all around job of cleaning. I will give them an A rating on all the categories. If I need to, I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They are a good, solid local company, the kind I prefer to hire. They cleaned quickly and well for our move-in cleaning. Loved working with them and would use them again.

I just used them once, but they are going to start coming every week. They are great. I'm going to have some surgery and I wanted to start using someone. I wanted to see how they did and I think I'm going to be using them for quite a while. Overall, they are excellent. Their price is average. Their quality is excellent. They were very responsive because the guy came over the day I called to give me an estimate. They are punctual and professional.
