We have been very pleased with them. We didn't buy anything that day. We were looking for some pots for plants that they said haven't come in yet. One of the things that we really like about them is, they have a huge selection of all kinds of things. And so rather than going here and going there for different things, you can almost always find what you want right there. Their prices are a little high. The quality is very good. As far as professionalism goes I don't know if they have a place for comments but they have a lady in their nursery who is very expert and she has given some very good advice from time to time.

when i saw the slip connection i questioned the effectiveness of the part because it seemed loose but was assured it would work .i glued the parts as called for but before i could even turn the pressure on found a leak in the adjustable connector.when i went back to the store i examined another connector and it seemed to be a lot tighter i questioned the person at the counter and he said no problem just bring the affected parts back for credit even though they were no longer useable since they had been glued .the new parts worked as promised the refund issued and i am a happy camper thank you hills flat people
