The reception is very professional. Needed service is discussed, permission to do the work is signed, then the mileage is noted and a paper protector mat is placed on the driver's side floor. All work is logged in the computer system, which also lists scheduled maintenance required by manufacturer. Occasionally, I have called to inquire about work done or due, and thave found my car and its service record is available in their computer. If the job will take a long time and one needs a ride home, that is provided. Otherwise, one can sit and wait. When the job is completed, a ride back to the garage is provided if needed, and then the service coordinator goes over the mechanic's report and will answer questions as needed. If requested, old parts that have been replaced are given to the customer. All personnel are friendly and eager to help. The work done is excellent. Although Foothill specializes in care of Subarus, I have seen them work on many different types of cars and trucks. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a professional auto service.
