Ernie's Van & Storage

Ernie’s Van & Storage did a terrible job with my move. They did not box all of my household goods which I paid them to, they mixed my items with another move, damaged most of my furniture and lost several of my boxes during the move. They also charged me above the estimate they provided. Also, despite doing such a poor job with the move, their owner and management team will not return my calls and are trying to avoid accountability. Also, despite $10,000 in damage they caused, their Claims team is trying to say they are not responsible for lost boxes and are only offering $400 for my trouble. Atlas and Ernie’s Van & Storage are not reputable or even honest. I would avoid them like the plague. Btw, Atlas left me with boxes and shelves from someone else’s move when they delivered my things, and after 3 months have yet to get these items to the right owners. This company is irresponsible and unprofessional. One star is much too high a rating for them.

We had a lot of stuff that we did not get packed. So the price went up substantially.

Took many hours to complete

This move was painless and the movers and equipment outstanding.The only damage was the glass on one framed print. Amazing!
 I would recommend Ernie's to anyone and everyone.

First was an experienced estimator who gave great options and time-schedule. Second was the moving day where everything was performed with great efficiency and expertise.
