"Yvette, there definitely must be some kind of confusion. I never charged you 200 hr. I charged 100 dollars for a diagnosed issue and tried to fix your breaker issue for free. I was there easily for 45 mins, as well as it taking an hour and round trip of drive time, so easy 2 hours plus. And on top of that, fitting you in that morning before a another job that was scheduled. So 100 dollars for working on a live box and to diagnose why that wire was blowing out breakers and all things considered. I think that is more than fair. So I would really appreciate a second thought about the price you were charged was really a good deal . Thanks."
