Installation was okay but after the first rain we discovered several leaks and that portions of our gutters did not have covers installed. I made several phone calls with over a two month period. Promises were made to come by but it did not happen. Only after threatening to call the BBB was there a response. He came out to make repairs and finish the job. Afterwards leaks continued. When called again his response was that he would have to charge me $100. an hour to fix the leaks because the problem was not his fault. I ended up hiring a different person to do the repairs. The second repair person said the attempted "fixes" used the inappropriate sealant that should never be use on gutters. Now, I have no more leaks.
