Robert Cecil, owner, was always prompt and courteous. He phoned back within hours of any phone call.
His company did a great job repairing all the torn out walls and doors due to mold remediation done by another company.
The workers forgot two items (replacing the cold air intake screen & putting carpet back in place) at the end of the job and Robert sent someone out immediately to take care of it.
Robert coordinated with the mold remediation company so we didn't have to worry about any of the scheduling details.
The quality of work is excellent and the hallway and water heater area look as good as new.
The original estimate was given before the mold remediation took place and Robert warned me the price might go up due to problems that couldn't be seen until the walls were down. However, I didn't anticipate that the price would double from the original estimate. Other than that surprise, great job.
