It took a couple of phone calls to get in touch because this is a very busy time of the year for pool service people. But once I got them, their service provider came out and immediately provided the service I requested. He went over service options, and provided a lot of flexibility in what they could do, which resulted in us contracting for a hybrid full service for spring/summer and chemicals for fall/winter.
We were out of town for follow up, but they came back and checked to see if the pool was fully clean and when there was still some residual green to the water they updated us by phone on that, and treated it again as part of the initial cost. When we got back in town the pool looked good. It is good to have a service where they keep up with things without you having to be there or tell them when things need work; they reach out to you. They guarantee their work, and check that it is done and that the client is happy.
They are very knowledgeable, and flexible in their service offerings. A bit expensive but they do show up and do what they say they will do, and guarantee their work. Very friendly and professional. They can't necessarily pin down an extremely accurate time to meet with you, based on their work load, but they do show up. I only mention that for people who are trying to take off work to meet. You should either schedule an early morning meeting time, or be flexible in how much time you can take off later in the day day if it is an afternoon appointment.

Wonderful experience. The plumber who set up my somewhat unusual pool system was very competent and professional. In addition, when I had a problem with the salt cell connection, Rick stayed on the phone with me on a weekend until we had resolved the issue. Excellent support and troubleshooting. Very pleasant staff and involved owner. Will definitely use this local business again (probably for pellet stove installation)! Highest possible recommendation - wonderful folks.
