Eric needed piping to complete a repair at my moms on a Sunday. He wrote the measurements, gotta love our smart phones! took a picture of the type of pipe and sent me on my way. I walked in, showed them the note and picture and they took over, got everything on the list, cut the pipe and had me on my way back with supplies so fast.
