He seemed personable and we liked him, but we ran into trouble. He did $1700 worth of damage to our heating and ac system. It was a mistake and when we discovered that and pointed it out to him, he admitted responsibility and said he would take care of it; but he never did. We were left paying for the repairs. We emailed, phoned him, sent him a texts and even sent him a letter through our lawyer. We were willing to work with him on the whole thing, he was just unresponsive.

They did work for me twice this year, once in the summer and once in December. They did excellent work. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary.
