TIM JONES ROOFING

Hired other roofer who successfully repaired roof and identified problem associated with sealing.

He is reasonable, honest, and timely.  He has reasonable or no cost follow up even a year later.

It went great, from the first meeting until the finish all went to plan 100% very fast and clean service, Tim the owner was on job site daily
making sure all went to plan, I have never had better service from a company EVER.  The roof looks fantastic,I highly recommend Tim Jones Roofing to anyone they had the best price by far we received 3 different prices from other companys and they were the best overall,the biggest thing to us was the daily clean-up, you really didn't know that they were at the end of the day it was so clean

Tim Jones, himself, came out promptly to give the estimate and followed up with an e-mail with all work and costs 'spelled out.' The office staff, Lisa and Sheri,  answered all my questions and helped me make a color choice by giving addresses of Tim's previous installs in my area. Once the contract was signed scheduling became a problem, but it was the rainy season, so totally understandable. His crew arrived on time. They were courteous, quiet (aside from the pounding),clean (as they could be) and didn't bother us in the house at all. The lead man, Ricardo, kept us informed of their progress and was easy to ask questions and talk to about the work. The job was completed in two and a half days. They came back the next day at my request, to do some intense cleaning (I found some nails on the driveway and in the pool - I think unavoidable for this kind of work).
The roof looks great!
