Well done, Roofers were professional and explained what needed to be done. Fix the problem in a timely manner.

Jeff was very easy to work with and flexible with changes in my scheduling.  The workers cleaned up everyday and did very little damage to plants around the house.  When we found out after roof was done that I live in a high fire area and am therefore required to have gutter guards, they came out right away to install them at their cost of materials.  Good job.

It turned out great. I had a big repair that needed to be done. They caught the repair when they inspected the roof. They were able to patch up a couple of small things. They found a problem and gave me a quote. I got another company to do the repair at the same price. With all the good weather, Roseville just couldn't get me scheduled in for the main project. The owner came out and did a great job on inspecting the roof. He caught major damage that I hadn't seen. He brought it to my attention. He was able to give me time to get it repaired before it rained. They were good. Quotewise, their price was excellent. I wasn't there but my husband was. The only reason why we didn't use him for the repair was because they were overbooked.

All went well. Provider was courteous and professional. They did not find any problems with the roof itself, just a fair amount of debris in the roof valleys.

The guy who came was very professional.  It was expensive, but I think they were trustworthy.  The price was justified through the result of their labor.  It was good quality work.  I didn't have any problem with them. 

Contractor communicated via phone and email immediately after I made a coupon purchase on Angies List. Contractor gave what I believed to be an honest and fair assessment of the condition of my roof (very poor - wood shake greater than 25 years old). Contractor said he could do more damage than good when attempting to repair poorest areas of roof.  I agreed, but wasn't ready to spend the money to replace the entire roof.  We agreed to install a few bundles of replacement shingles some of which ran acroose the ridge of the roof. The work was done while I was away from home and within only a few hours, so quick, that I somewhat questioned whether I got my moneys worth in labor as described by the Angie's list coupon and contractor quote.  It was also hard for me to tell how much material on the job, so again, I questioned whether the amount that I was quoted was actually used, especially since the work was done so quickly (less than 3 hours).  After the work was complete, I did not hear from the contractor or receive an invoice for a month or more despite several attempts to email him.  When I finally did hear back, he apologized and said that he had gotten very busy with some relatively large jobs.  Considering my project was only a few hundred dollars, I can understand that it was a low priority.  It has rained several times since the repair and the roof repairs are holding up well - no leaks.  Hopefully we bought a couple years before I have to replace the entire roof.  I'll give Roseville Roofing a shot at roof replacement when the time comes.

My roof needed overall maintenance and Roseville Roofing did an excellent job.

Jeff Vogt, the owner, really treated me as a customer looking ahead. He wasn't interested in doing the quickest job. He took our best interests for the long term in to consideration. He oversaw everything. We needed a minor repair after the installation and payment, and they came back out without hesitation. Very meticulous work. They were perfect. Even before they started work I had a high level of confidence in them. They cleaned up every day and I was very happy with them. I'd recommend this company to anybody looking install a new roof.

My husband, Bill, and I recently had the privilege of doing business with Roseville Roofing They were highly recommended by a friend,
whose roof had been replaced twelve years ago. I immediately checked Angie?s List and was impressed by their straight A performance evaluations.
 We made a phone call, which was followed by a quick response. Jeff Vogt, the owner, came to our home to discuss the
project and measure the roof. He was warm and open and professional in a relaxed, non-pressure way.
He was thorough with his analysis of our needs and the presentation of choices for sheeting; (our home still had wood shakes) shingles, gutters etc. answering all questions and providing manufacturers brochures containing details and specifications. He brought his PC with him and working with it, punched in the numbers and created a complete cost analysis which gave us a finely detailed, definitive evaluation of our needs and the estimate for taking care of them. We had two other competitive bids and after analyzing all
factors, realized Jeff was our man.
Jeff addressed our concerns about having an open roof during the coming expected rains and juggled his work schedule to remove the existing roof in a few days, followed by OSB sheeting and shingle placement.This was a blessing for our peace of mind Only three and one half days for the total job..
Our roof has high pitches; one of twelve feet and one seven feet. A total of over 4000 sq ft feet of shingles. The fiberglass shingles have a pattern, which could easily have presented a problem with esthetic uniformity.
However, experience, expertise and professionalism provided a beautifully laid roof of excellent symmetry. This was noted and appreciated and indicative of the customer satisfaction this company is dedicated to. A ridge vent was installed at all primary ridges,thus eliminating dormers, and the result is lovely; and will be cosier/cooler depending on season.
The entire service was superb from beginning to end. All of the workers were friendly. The cleanup of roofing debris was thorough and done daily. That was good. And when the roof was finally its complete beautiful self; that was the only evidence of their having been here. That was great!
Roseville Roofing provided all necessary permits; arranged for the inspector at our convenience and provided a manufacture's warranty upon completion. Jeff even found a painter to do some necessary touch-up (some new wood replacement for wood rot) for a very reasonable price.The whole project felt like a trusted friend was looking out for our best interests with complete competence and consideration.
Their professionalism is 100%: but underneath that goal ran a current of thoughtfulness for our ease and comfort during the entire process .It was indeed deeply refreshing to be the recipients of this outstanding service. They did a great job.  Jeff coordinated with the solar company to remove and reinstall the solar panels so I had nothing to do.  I would recommend them highly.

Jeff at Roseville Roofing was great. First, was the price. It cost me about $12,000 when my price from two other contractors were $14000 and $19000 for the exact same materials (30 year roof). Second, Jeff was attentive all the way, educating me on different materials and choices and pointing out where I could save money and where quality was important. It took about 6 weeks to schedule, but this wasn't a problem because its the summer and I just wanted it done before November rains. The job was completed by the time he told me and my tenants weren't inconvenienced at all.

Jeff, the guy who came out was very nice. They ended up having to reschedule with me so they didn't come out when I wanted them to. We were expecting a lot of rain so I wanted them to come immediately. The job took five minutes if that and all they did was put some roofing tape on the hole. The biggest problem I had was the fact that they just didn't come the day we originally planned. Overall I do feel that he is a really nice guy.

They subcontracted the tearoff, which was amazing to see. It took 1.5 hours to tear off and clean up a 3600 square foot roof! Then the process of putting the roof on began. I had requested that the roof be torn off and the OSB board put down in the same day because I didn't want critters to get into the attic and other areas, and Roseville Roofing was able to do that. They worked solid from 7AM - 3:30PM each day, and were essentially done with most of the roof by the end of 3 days; there was only a little ridge glass to be put on which extended them into part of the next day. The roof looks good but I won't really know how happy I am with it until the first good rain proves that there are no leaks. The contractor was easygoing, though his communication could have more proactive during the actual work. They didn't tarp my attic before tearoff, so I have a LOT of debris up there; the contractor doesn't like to do this because of the possibility of damaging interior ceilings.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY GAVE ME TIME TO DO WHAT I NEEDED TO DO. WHEN I NEEDED TO LEAVE, THEY LEFT AND CAME BACK AND I REALLY LIKED THEM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO FINISH THE JOB, BUT THEY WORKED FAST AND HAD THE JOB COMPLETED THE SAME DAY.
