My desktop PC suffered a hardware meltdown a couple of weeks ago. I dropped it off with Jason (at the Roseville store) around 9 Monday morning. He verified that the PC was temporarily dead and gave me an estimate for a diagnosis. He called about 2 hours later to describe the failure and his proposed fix, with price. By 1PM that same day I had the PC back working like new. He found two components had failed and replaced both. I was amazed with the quick turnaround. Pleasantly surprised by the price. And delighted with the conversations I had with Jason about the PC I had brought in and future upgrades. I plan to go back when it's time to replace it.
