The job was done promptly.

David was amazing. Explained every step along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable, always on time, and his pricing was more than fair. He even brought our garbage cans up from the sidewalk one morning. Couldn't be more happy with the job he did for us. I would recommend Premier Plumbing with 100% confidence.

He made some mistakes,and once he put in the plumbing, he was gone. I couldn’t contact him for anything. He was the only person working on my home; he probably should've had a helper. I was disappointed that he didn't return my calls. He also left debris under the home that future workers found.

We did not hear from him, so after about a month I tried to contact him which was not an easy task. I left several messages on his cell phone and office phone. I finally got through to his secretary and it was a task just getting her to understand who I was and what the problem was. Finally she must of found my information and she told me she would relay the information to Mike and he would call me on the Tuesday after memorial day. Well he never called. I left to more messages, after some phone tag I spoke with him. At first he had me mixed up with someone else and a different problem. I think he finally new who I was and said he would have his secretary call to set up an appointment. Well she called and it still was going to be another week before he could get to us. The appointment was scheduled for the 24th of June, so it's still not fixed and I'm not sure how much this is going to cost.

Highly professional, A grading, prompt. Best plumber I know. Saves me a million times. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

That was good! They were very professional and friendly. They did a good job! I didn't have any problems with them.

We had it installed a year ago and it started leaking last week. They came and fixed it no charge. We were very happy with them in a lot of things except that it would take a couple of days sometimes to get back to us. I was disappointed in that but the work they did was good. The workers were very knowledgeable and courteous and did the job well. We had them come out to give us a quote on resurfacing the pool. The guy looked at it and he said he'd get back to us and he never got back to us. A month later I called them back and he said, oh, oh yeah and he had us there somewhere. They were really over anyone else and I don't think they wanted the job, so that really soured me. So there is some good things to say about Premier and there are some bad things.

Excellent. I used David to replace my original toilets with new toilets several years ago and when the chain for the flapper valve broke I didn't hesitate to call him. He is on time, polite, neat, always cleans up his work space and fast. very good service.

The water heater in our rental started leaking all over the place on July 31, 2011. Our landlord contacted Premier Plumbing and on the next day August 1, 2011, we had a new water heater installed. The service was prompt and efficient, the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I called them to fix ailing sump pump, which they did. While he was at the house, I asked him about installing a tankless water heater. He gave me a bid, set an appointment to do the work, and did not charge me for the service call on the sump pump (which was a minor fix-it).

He is super professional. Get the work done no time. Hard working takes no break. Smart and polite.
