It took a month, even though I was told it would only take 5 days, then I was told 2 days. They used large nails and tape to cover my white carpet in protective plastic, but now there are tears, residue, and marks on my carpet. When I called about this, their only suggestion was to use some carpet cleaner. I had to ask several times for the photos of the mold that were promised to me. The girls in the office get an A, and I will say that everyone was very nice. The owner tried to make everything right, but he never came out himself. Some workers told me this was their first job, even though they advertise certified workers. My experience was horrific, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
