+ -1 moreI had absolutely horrendous service from Dan from Guide Engineering and I'm disappointed to find a company so unprofessional. Basic professionalism is not difficult. Unfortunately, Dan does not posses this and has wasted both my time and money. He failed to show up for an appointment at my house to begin the project after I took time off work. He later contacting me saying he was sick and he would reschedule. No return call. I followed up with him and left 3 messages (after he was back in the office). No return messages. He finally emails me saying he's not going to do the project after wasting weeks of time and my money (taking off work).
Description of Work: Tile Roof analysis, beam calculations, shear wall analysis
