Air Duct Cleaning
The technician said my air ducts are clean so it does not need cleaning. But he said he smelled mold in the air ducts. We just bought the house not long ago and pass mold inspection with no problems. Anyway he still recommended air duct decontamination and said it is good for the long run. The decontamination process took around 20 min, just spraying (or fogging) chemicals up into the air duct system. That was it.
