You purchase cabinets from them. We were considering countertops with them also, but their customer service was so poor that they did not follow through. Their prices for the countertops were extremely high. They initial customer service seemed to be fair, but once we ordered the cabinets they were in a warehouse for a couple months and we didn't know about it. We had to call them and then they looked for them and said they were in the warehouse. Then they put us off because they some bigger job. We were a little bit upset with them. So when they finally came and ripped the cabinets out, the contractor came in to install the new cabinets. He did a good job and the guy was a good craftsman, but he made a mistake with the order. He didn't order the proper cabinets for the bar end. And consequesnly we were left with a 30 inch space to walk thru, which the code requires 36. So we had to have the next company come in and replace one of the cabinets. We would have replaced both of them but the cost was prohibited, we just could not make that. The customer service and communication from the owner were very very poor. The service desk, really very very poor. They just kept us waiting and they seemed to have an attitude for some reason, but we didn't like it. We wouldn't use the company again and we wouldn't recommend them. We are really sorry that we got involved with them in the first place.
