Worst ever service. Starts with a "I'm better than you" attitude and "I know much more than anyone else" attitude. Just impossible to talk too. Workmanship was a ZERO. Broke a bolt during installation, and was going to just leave it as is. (I needed to remove this broken bolt and supply a replacement. Not with his promission. I needed to do it when he left to make a call.) Damaged incoming power wires. Installed drive mounting hardware loose- one screws with at least a 1/4" gap between head & base. Damaged motor leads and a motor terminal Left sealtight connection loose-no seal. Left out pump mounting bolts. The attitude was too much to deal with so I let him go and filled a complaint with Hayward. So far Hayward is only promises.

The service has been prompt, courteous, consistent, professional and fair. Though I rarely see them, and the pool is being well cared for.  I can only say good things about them.

The quality of the service is excellent if a little pricey.  I spent less on the maintenance for the pool this past year compared to the previous year when I was taking care of it myself.  The reason is that I couldn't find the time to perform the regular maintenance required which caused mechanical and chemical problems which were costly to rectify.

The $75 is the approximate monthly fee I pay for the service (a weekly visit).  I wouldn't be surprised to learn that there are less expensive alternatives.

I think the Aquatique employees are conscientious and knowledgable.  I would recommend them to others.

I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH AQUATIQUE POOLS. IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, THEY COME OUT IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE WILLING TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I THOUGHT I GOT A GREAT DEAL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THE WEATHER DELAYED THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, BUT THERE WAS NOTHING EITHER OF US COULD DO ABOUT THAT.
