First off, we have a completely flat roof. The house was built in 1960 and we believe it still had the original tar and gravel roof. The roof had several patches done and maybe even a re-taring at one time. It had started to leak in a few places so we decided it was time to reroof. David was the first of three foam roofing companies that we received quotes from. He showed up on time and was very professional from the beginning. He took a core sample (which the other 2 companies did not) from the roof to determine that there was only one layer roof on our house. (I guess you can have 2 roofs on one house in the city of Orange before they make you tear it all off and start over.) David measured out the roof, we talked about replacing some of the rotting wood and some old skylights. We he was all finished on the roof, he climbed done and showed me a large sample of the roofing material. It was a mounted on a piece of plywood and was cut at a diagonal so you could see all the layers of different products and foam that would be applied. I asked him all sorts of questions about the product and each one was met with a confident answer. David really knows his stuff! After he was finished at our home, we receive a quote within the next few days as promised. We moved forward with getting the other two quotes, but the other companies did not compare to the high level of professionalism and knowledge David displayed. The last company asked us if we had any other roofers come out for quotes and I told him about the 2 previous. He had not heard of one company, but he did know David and All Season's Insulation. He even recommended them and said if we didn't go with his company that David does excellent work. Wow! We were a little shocked to hear that from a competing company! After we received all 3 quotes, which were all very similar in price, we decided that David and All Season's Insulation was the way to go. We signed our contract and were on our way! The entire roofing process was explained to us and was all completed on time. David’s team was very kind and invited me up on the roof several times and explained the progress daily. I really liked the attention to detail that was given and felt as though all of our roofing needs were met and exceeded beyond our expectations.
