My call was returned promptly and Rafael arrived on time for our Saturday appointment. Per my request, he provided estimates for both partial and complete replacement of the driveway. He noted that the driveway sloped slightly from front to back and asked if rainwater flowed into the garage (it does). He said they could install a drain and pump with an outlet back to the street, but that this would require pulling a permit, which I didn't want to do. Rafael and his crew (brother and son) arrived early Wednesday, as scheduled. After demolition on the first day, they determined they could put in drains and a short pipe to redirect rainwater alongside the garage and into the back yard. They described this option for me and provide an estimate for the additional work ($150), which I agreed to. The entire job was completed in a thoroughly professional manner and I am very happy with my new driveway.
Description of Work: Replaced asphalt driveway with concrete with brick trim. Installed drains in front of garage to prevent rainwater from entering garage.
