The lady there is always really nice and always helps me to save on cost. She always suggests the fatest way to ship at the best price. The last time I went there, I had to send several hard drives to my agent. I have shipped from other places before, but this UPS store always goes the extra mile to help me save money by offering there input.

Our daughter just moved into a new house. We had gathered some dishes and were going to send them to her in Indiana. Shally helped me carry the big box from my car into her store. She was very sweet and kind. She repacked the box and really made sure all the fragile pieces were secure. She also helped me with two books that had to be sent back to Amazon.com.
