It was the first time I used them. We had been taking them to another groomer for years, and they were too busy, so I switched to something closer. I went on a Saturday, and they took me in. I thought it would be crowded on a Saturday, so I went early, and I was the first customer there, and they groomed them in a couple of hours. I had two dogs, and they were Yorkies, and they did a nice job. The cost for the two of them was $92. They did a nice job, but they did nick one of my Yorkies above the eye, but it wasn't so bad. Their price is average to anywhere you go. I checked the price around, and it depends with the size of your
dog, but their price is competitive. They were very professional.

The price includes the trimming, washing, brushing and overall grooming, and it is $10 extra for having her teeth brushed. They have several groomers and she is groomed by the owner, Tamara. I think she has got about 5-6 groomers there. We go around 8-8.30 in the morning.

Very well. Professional, pleasant service. I would recommend them to anyone with a dog.

They are very good. The price includes the teeth brushing which is $10 extra. The price seems fair to me. They are extremely friendly and they like the animals. We go between 8-8:30 on Friday mornings and she is always ready and waiting for us.

Grooming and teeth cleaning are very good and the scarves are a cute idea. However, the nail clipping for the second time was too close to the quick. This time our dog was bleeding and limping when he left for home. I called to find out what happened and they suggested I take him to the Vet. Over the next month his limp continued and he scratched the skin on his face three different times. (Not small scratches, deep and about 2” long) We took him to another groomer and they said his claws had been cut more like a cat's nails. The people at Tender Touch are great and love dogs. They need to improve their skills with nail clipping. We won't be returning, when you go, just ask for the nails to be cut correctly and I'd take in small to medium size dogs.

I called on Friday early. They had a cancellation for 10 am. They called in about 2 or 3 hours and he looked great. They were very friendly.

They washed and cut her hair. They also cut her nails, but didn't clean her ears on one occasion. They seemed very competent.

I have a Maltese Terrier. She loves these people! The are friendly, happy and very attentive to your pet. They make you feel good to leave them. When she comes home, she smells great, looks great and is happy. The put ribbons, bandannas and perfume on them (or at least it smells like perfume). They remember her name every time she comes. I love them so much, my puppy has a standing appointment.
