Rotten.
I was sick at the time, or I would have done it myself.
On the phone he quoted $75. He was located nearby, I was sick, so I wasn't able to go for more quotes on such a simple little job.
He came and moved the load from one breaker to another.
Then he charged me $150! For 15 minutes, that's $600/hr! Outrageous!
He threatened a lien against my house, so I paid him. I believed it would have cost more to fight a lien.
Don't trust this !@#$%^&**()_+ !
