The work was supposed to begin on 9/01/09, but did not begin until the next day. The employee who was performing this job, was very careless and the work was poorly done. There were 'bubbles' and 'ridges' left in the finish which were totally unacceptable. After trying to correct this problem, plus get the right finish on the floor, it went from bad to worse, so much so that the whole process had to be started from the beginning. The floor is not done really well now, but after moving furniture in and out of the room twice, it was too much to try for a third time. On top of the poor workmanship, through carelessness, a one-of-a-kind vase was broken and the pieces were hidden behind a speaker. No offer was made to compensate for this.
