SAM CAME AT THE EXACT TIME HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE. WE HAVE USED HIM FOR REPAIRS ON OUR 59 YEAR HOME MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME, PLEASANT TO TALK TO, WILLING TO GIVE SUGGESTIONS ON FUTURE REMODELING PLANS AND WON'T BREAK YOUR PIGGY BANK. ALWAYS A FAIR PRICE! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE HIM IN THE FUTURE,
