MY OPINION IS THAT THEY'RE EXCELLENT. HE HAS A YOUNG FELLOW THAT WORKS FOR HIM PERIODICALLY. HE IS A GOOD TRAINEE. HE DOES NOT HAVE RUSSELL'S KNOWLEDGE, BUT HE IS GETTING THERE. THE WORK THAT RUSSELL DOES IS EXCELLENT.
