Arrived at 7:30am so they could made a quick evaluation of the situation. I knew that the brakes were nearly worn out; and they confirmed that the rotors were warped (causing the pulsation when applying brakes). They provided an appraisal within 15 minutes.
Great customer service; a perfect resource right at the point of need. I had tried to contact the local Honda dealership... but they had no open appointments until the middle of next week. Knew this shouldn't wait... so I turned to Angie's list to find a great shop close to my home.
Worked like a charm... Perfect.
"[Member name removed]'s was a first time customer to our shop for an oil change with her 2002 Toyota Camry. With 187,671 miles on the odometer we did recommend a timing belt with thermostat, tune up with fuel injection service, and a power steering system flush. Each of these services were recommended with a question mark in order for her to check her service records. The timing belt being the most critical as time is equally important as is mileage. It was never my intention to get more money out of [member name removed], but have a responsibility to inform all our customers as to needed services or repairs that may be due. The air filter installed (AF9010) which we have in stock is the correct filter for her car. Not sure what may have caused her to require Toyota to replace. I am very sorry for this mishap."

Rick went over what they had done and the issues he thought needed my attention...I thanked him, paid him and
I left...He gave me a printout as to what he did to the vehicle and what he felt still needed attention.
