appliance repair
+ -1 moreI called to have a technician come out. I waited all day and called them back. They said they didn't have an appointment set up. They set me up for an appointment a week later. The technician came out and said he didn't know he had to look it up in the computer. They called me back and said they would have to order the part. They told me there were problems with that model dishwasher. It was a brand new dishwasher. They told me they had some that they could sell me. They didn't want to service is, but they wanted to sell me the dishwasher. I ended up having it fixed by the place that I bought it at.
