I took my laptop to Vic on Wednesday, March 19th and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He called me on Friday and told me I would also need a new charger and that he would order it and charge only his cost for it. I picked up my laptop and new charger this afternoon (Monday, March 24th) and everything is working wonderfully. I was glad that PC Medics 911 does repairs on site and did not have to send my laptop out.
